Refund policy

All returns must have a return authorization number from Earth Edge. To obtain a return authorization you must submit information and pictures of any damaged merchandise to customerservice@earthedgeproducts.com. You will receive a return authorization number within 24-48 hours of approval. Once the merchandise is received, you will be issued a credit back to your account as long as there is no damage to the merchandise. Customer must prepay shipping on all returns.
